These Campers are Different supplement: This expansion offers additional classes, with a more super-powered and horror aesthetic, as opposed to the regular campers found in the core book.  There will be additional monsters, killers, and other content found exclusively in this expansion.

Bloody Appalachia is a rural tabletop roleplaying game that emulates scenarios found in low-budget grindhouse horror films like The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, X, Deliverance, The Town That Dreaded Sundown, The Devil's Rejects, and more.  A warning to the faint of heart, if you wouldn't enjoy watching a movie like The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, you probably wouldn't enjoy playing Bloody Appalachia.  This game does not shy away from violence, gore, assault, mutilation, horror, nudity, cannibalism, and other such genre specific themes found in the movies that inspired this game.

In Bloody Appalachia, players take on the roles as outsiders, often city-folk, who have wondered off the beaten path and found themselves in a backwoods-nightmare where they are unable to escape!  The players may escape one insane scenario only to find themselves ensnared by another trap or dilemma.  Can the players survive long enough to escape Bloody Appalachia, or will they find themselves chopped up and served as Chili at Hooper's Gas & Go?

About The Game:

Bloody Appalachia uses the SURVIVE THIS!! game system.  SURVIVE THIS!! is on OSR, d20-based game system, that features:

1. Class and Level

2. Attributes:  Strength, Intelligence, Wisdom, Dexterity, Constitution, Charisma, and Survival.

3. Survival allows you to re-roll failed attempts.  Similar to Luck in Dungeon Crawl Classics RPG.

4. Ascending Armor Class

5. Advantage and Disadvantage

6. Hit Points and Saving Throws

7. Most rolls are d20+Mod to beat a target difficulty, where rolling higher is better.

8. Simple Skill System and a lot more!

If you have played any version of the world's most popular fantasy RPG, you can play SURVIVE THIS!! and know exactly what is going on almost right away.  It's very easy to pick up.  If you have no experience with those games, SURVIVE THIS!! is easily approachable and has about the same learning curve as any traditional tabletop RPG. 

Bloody Appalachia is designed to be a standalone game, meaning no other products are needed to play.  However, because it is part of the SURVIVE THIS!! game series, it is 100% compatible with games like Dark Places & Demogorgons, We Die Young, What Shadows Hide, Vigilante City, and more!   

The game will include all the core rules needed for play and character creation, along with a full setting guide, monsters, villains, bestiary, adventure seeds, equipment, random tables, index, appendixes, and more.
